Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. No surprises at checkout.
North Island
$70 NZD
Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, and everywhere in between.
South Island
$90 NZD
Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, Nelson, Invercargill, and all South Island destinations.

Handcrafted & Prepared Up to 5 business days
Each letterbox is handcrafted and individually inspected before it leaves our Wellington workshop. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order. We take pride in making sure every piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
Handed to Shipping Partner
Once your order is ready, it is carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted New Zealand shipping partner for delivery to your door. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

NZ only: We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched from Wellington.

Business days: Processing times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times: Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and our shipping partner's schedule. Rural addresses may take additional time.

Packing: Our letterboxes are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
