We source high quality timber from New Zealand local stores and build it right here in Wellington.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and then shipped using our courier partners.
We currently have a very simple and modest shipping charge for our wooden letterboxes.
North Island Shipping: $70
South Island Shipping: $90
Our letterboxes come pre-assembled and ready to install.
We offer a 7-day return to base address policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please email us to initiate a return. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details. Please note that we do not offer a refund for the shipping costs.
